|  | |  | | | | | Major Changes to GAMC Program | Effective June 1, 2010, the GAMC program is no longer a traditional health insurance program. Under the new program rules, most GAMC enrollees will receive health care through hospitals that have been designated as Coordinated Care Delivery Systems (CCDS). The CCDS will manage the health care and provide medically necessary services to eligible GAMC participants. For more information on GAMC and the new rules, go to Learn About Programs at left or visit the Department of Human Services website.

| | Need medical or dental care but can't afford it? | Care Connections is a toll-free telephone line for
Minnesotans without health insurance and low-income Minnesotans who may be
eligible for public health care coverage. If you qualify to apply, they can help you with the application
process or refer you for application assistance. Call 877-405-3463 or
218-347-3463 from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday - Friday and 9 AM
to 4 PM Saturday.
